Features and Benefits
- Choice of Market or Agreed Value cover
When you choose Market Value, your vehicle is insured for the pre-accident retail value, ie. the amount it would cost immediately prior to the loss to buy a vehicle of the same age, make, model and condition, including accessories. When you choose Agreed Value cover, your vehicle will be insured for an agreed amount at the beginning of the policy and then at each renewal.
- New Vehicle Replacement in the first 3 years
if your Honda is stonlen and not recovered or declared a total loss and is less than 3 yars old and has travelled less than 100,000km (calculated fromt eh date first registered). Your Honda must be insured with us since first registration, or second registration provided the vehicle was less than 3 months old and had travelled less than 5,000km (both calculated from the date of first registration) for this benefit to apply.
- Free car hire for theft or third party claims
for up to 14 days if your vehicle is stolen or involved in an accident and you are not at fault and you can name the responsible third party.
- Discount hire car for driver at fault collisions
entitlement to hire a vehicle at a preferential rate if your vehicle suffers accidental damagae and you were at fault.
- Honda approved parts guarantee
all parts used in the repair of Honda vehicles less than 8 years old (calculated from the date first registered) will be Honda approved parts.
- Lifetime Guarantee on Repairs
for the quality of workmanship on authorised crash repairs for the life of the vehicle at no extra cost to you, while the vehicle is under your ownership.
- Your own choice of repairer
the Honda EasyCover Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy allows you to nominate the repairer of your choice if your vehicle is accidentally damaged and requires repair.
- Emergency Costs
up to $500 for emergency repairs, accommodation, travelling and rental expenses for you to complete your journey or return home safely if your vehicle is stolen or suffers accidental damage more than 100km from your home.
- 24 Hour Roadside Assistance
if your vehicle is stolen, involved in an accident, or if it has broken down or is immobilised, as a Honda EasyCover motor vehicle insurance policyholder you are entitled to free access to an emergency roadside assistance

- Third Party Liability cover
of up to $10,000,000
- Trailer cover
you're covered for up to $500 for a trailer that is accidently damaged or stolen whilst attached to your vehicle.
- Towing cover
for the reasonable cost of towing your vehicle from the accident site to the nearest repairer or place of safety.
- Cover for personal items
up to $300 cover for personal items that are lost or damaged as a result of your vehicle being stolen or suffering accidental damage.
- No fault excess
if you have an accident, are not at fault and can identify the responsible third party, you will not lose your no claim bonus or pay an excess.
Optional Cover
- No Claim Bonus Rating One Protection
if you are a Rating 1 driver, for an additional premium, you can protect your Rating 1 status if you make a claim where you are at fault during the first year of insurance.
- Windscreen Cover
this optional cover pays up to $500, with no payment of excess or loss of No Claim Bonus if your windscreen or window glass needs repair or replacement.
